Children and Families Worker
20hrs per week
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Children and Families Worker to join our team to support young people, encouraging them to connect, and stay connected with the church community. This role involves building strong, trusting relationships with children, their families, and the church community, as well as leading youth engagement initiatives that help young people maintain and grow their faith, resilience, and connection to church life.

We are seeking to employ someone who has:

Experience in working with children and young people.

A passion for supporting young people to discover, maintain, and grow in faith.

An understanding of the challenges young people face during the transition stage from primary to secondary school.

The ability to positively engage with people who have little or no church connection.
